Ultrasound-guided therapeutic injections: intra-articular and intralesional (e.g., corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, and platelet-rich plasma).

Osteoarthritis management across all life stages, from early secondary OA following developmental disease (hip/elbow dysplasia, OCD), joint instability (CCL disease, patellar luxation), or trauma, through established degenerative disease. Services include diagnosis and staging, image-guided intra-articular therapeutic injections, multimodal medical management, and structured longitudinal monitoring. Rehabilitation exercise programs and physical modalities (e.g., Laser, TENS) coordinated through partner practices.

Casting (molding) and specific anatomical measurements for a custom-fabricated orthosis (brace), with subsequent fitting of the fabricated device. Common applications include carpal and tarsal ligamental injuries, common calcaneal (Achilles) tendon pathologies (degenerative or post-surgical repair), and digital flexor tendon injuries (post-surgical reconstruction), among other orthopedic conditions where external coaptation with a custom-made device supports healing or function.

When a mild, subtle, or intermittent lameness requires objective characterization, or when quantifiable metrics are needed to document response to treatment, we collaborate with a Fort Collins based facility equipped with a Zebris CanidGait® - an instrumented, pressure-sensitive treadmill with synchronized video capture, to obtain objective, repeatable gait metrics (per-limb loading, symmetry, stance/swing distribution).
