What we offer
Lameness workup
A thorough orthopedic and sports medicine evaluation, including gait and lameness assessment, followed by a diagnostic plan and treatment recommendations tailored to the individual patient.
Diagnostic Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound
Focused ultrasound evaluation of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and periarticular tissues. Commonly examined areas include the shoulder, elbow, stifle, iliopsoas region, and common calcaneal (Achilles) tendon.
Ultrasound-guided therapeutic injections
Ultrasound-guided intra-articular and intralesional injections when indicated, with treatment options that may include corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma, and other selected agents.
Sporting & Working Dogs
Focused evaluation of musculoskeletal injuries, performance-related concerns, and activity-associated problems in sporting, service, and working dogs. The same sports-medicine approach can also be applied to active companion animals.
Osteoarthritis management
Osteoarthritis is more than simple “wear and tear.” It is a chronic disease of the whole joint that can affect cartilage, bone, the joint lining, ligaments, and surrounding muscles and tendons. It may develop after developmental conditions such as hip or elbow dysplasia, joint instability such as cruciate ligament disease, patellar luxation, prior joint injury, trauma or surgery, and can affect all life stages. Services include diagnosis and assessment of disease severity, image-guided intra-articular treatments when appropriate, individualized medical management, and ongoing reassessment. Formal rehabilitation programs, including therapeutic exercise and physical modalities, are coordinated with dedicated rehabilitation practices.
Veterinary Orthotics & Prosthetics (V-OP)
We provide clinical evaluation and device prescription, with measurements and molding/casting performed when appropriate after determining whether a custom orthotic or prosthetic device is a suitable option for your pet. Fabrication is coordinated with a specialized veterinary orthotics and prosthetics laboratory. We provide fitting, functional assessment, wearing guidance, and follow-up care.
Common applications include carpal and tarsal ligament injuries, common calcaneal (Achilles), digital flexors and other tendon disorders, as well as post-surgical reconstruction. Custom devices may also be considered for other orthopedic conditions in which external support or stabilization is clinically appropriate.

Pre-appointment case discussion with referring veterinarians and selected virtual (telemedicine) follow-up for established patients when clinically appropriate.
